OUR
MISSION:
Treasure Park exists to supplement the family in their attempt to lay
a spiritual foundation that in God’s timing will lead a child
into a relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
Welcome to Treasure Park, where kids discover and experience
the love of God. Treasure Park is here to play a role in your child’s
spiritual development. It is ultimately your influence and involvement
that will determine how your child grows. We are excited to come alongside
you and assist in this lifelong process.
Treasure
Park offers a safe, loving environment and age-appropriate
classrooms/curriculum for childcare, classes, and/or activities for
newborn through fifth grade. Children are taught about “True Treasure”
(God and His Word) in a kid-friendly, safe, fun, and hands-on environment.
We appreciate
the opportunity you give us to care for and teach your child about God
and His love. To help strengthen our impact, we encourage you to bring
your child to class consistently. Consistency helps your child build
positive relationships with Treasure Park volunteer staff as well as
other children.
Together
with you, and with God’s guidance, we believe we can make a difference
in you child’s life.
Registration for children 1st - 5th Grade
Each child will be checked-in and receive a nametag at the Treasure
Park sign-in area. At the time which you decide you will be attending
Princeton Community Church on a regular basis, we ask that you fill
out a database form. You will then be able to receive any mailings or
e-mails that concern Treasure Park and your child’s class.

Illness
To protect the health of our children and staff, we ask parents to keep
their sick children home. We expect that each parent will use good judgment
in this area. If a child is brought to class with a fever or any obvious
sign of sickness, we will ask that the child not be left in class that
day.
Discipline
We believe that an environment that’s well-planned, age-appropriate
and relevant to the child helps to minimize most discipline problems.
However, discipline problems occasionally come up. We follow a two-step
disciplinary procedure:
FIRST
- We explain appropriate behavior, as well as the consequences of continuing
inappropriate behavior, and let the child know what we expect from him/her.
SECOND
- If the behavior persists, in order to insure the child's needs are
cared for as well as prevent further distraction within the classroom,
we will notify the parent.

Promotion to New Class
The second Sunday in September is when children, who qualify by their
age, move to the next class. The Bunny Burrow is the exception. When
an infant turns about 2 to 2 1/2 years old, they are ready to move from
the Bunny Burrow to the Robin's Nest.
